The European Union–funded “Promoting a Sustainable and Socially Inclusive Labour Market Integration (Employability)” project aims to increase the registered employment of Syrians under Temporary Protection (SuTPs), individuals under International Protection (IP beneficiaries), and Turkish citizens, and to strengthen the integration process in Türkiye.
As one of the key components of the Project, support will be provided to eligible employers through social security premium contributions and, where applicable, work permit fee coverage, with the objective of promoting formal employment. Through this support scheme, IOM seeks to facilitate an enabling environment for the employment of skilled SuTPs, IP beneficiaries, and members of the host community. The incentives offered to employers aim to encourage these target groups to actively contribute to inclusive and sustainable economic growth.
